No. The Diagnostic is a paid, 30-day engagement with three specific deliverables: a full account audit (including P&L and contribution margin review), a prioritized 90-day roadmap, and a team configuration recommendation. The 30-minute fit call before we start is a mutual screening conversation — we want to confirm the Diagnostic is the right starting point for your brand before we begin. We decline engagements where we don't think we can deliver meaningful value.

What account access do you need?

Read-only access to Seller Central, your advertising console, and any third-party tools you use — Helium 10, DataDive, whatever you have. We never need admin, billing, or payment access. Read-only is sufficient to do a full audit.
