Common questions before the call
Will you try to sell me on a retainer at the end?
No. The Diagnostic is a paid engagement on its own ($2,000–$5,000 depending on account scope) and stands alone. If we both decide it makes sense to continue into a retainer, we discuss next steps. If not, you walk away with the findings and act on them yourself. We don't do high-pressure closing — it's bad for both sides.
How long is the call exactly?
Thirty minutes. We respect your time and ours. If we need more time to go deeper on a specific area, we schedule a focused follow-up rather than running long. We never do 90-minute discovery marathons that exist to wear you down.
What do I need to prepare?
Three things: your Seller Central login (so we can look at the real data together), a rough sense of what you want to improve, and your last 90 days of revenue and TACoS numbers if you have them handy. We'll drive the conversation from there.
Who actually shows up to the call?
Michael Keeling, the founder, leads every Diagnostic personally. If you become a client, the same senior operators who pitch you stay on your account through the engagement — there are no handoffs to junior staff after signing. That's the whole point of capping the client roster at four at a time.
