Most agencies sell hours; we sell outcomes. We cap our client roster at 4 brands at a time so every engagement gets senior judgment — not junior staff. Our Director of Amazon is on every account. Your weekly call is with someone who's owned a P&L, not a coordinator reading a Notion doc. If TACoS and contribution margin aren't moving in the first 90 days, you fire us. Month-to-month after the initial 90-day commit.
Disagreement is fine — it's healthy. When we disagree, we lay out the data, the risk, and the recommended path. You make the call. If you go against our recommendation and it goes sideways, we don't say "told you so" — we adjust. The operating model clearly defines what BGIQ owns, what you own, and what's a joint decision, so disagreements happen in the right place.
90-day initial commit, then month-to-month. Average engagement is 14 months. If it's not working — and you'll know by month 2 — we have a "fire us" conversation, refund the prorated month, and part ways professionally. The Diagnostic ($2–5K) is designed to surface fit problems before you commit to a retainer.
Every engagement includes an Account Manager whose job is to absorb the operational coordination so you don't have to. You don't manage three specialists, three Slack channels, and three reports — you manage one team, one channel, one report. The AM owns the weekly cadence and case work so the Director of Amazon stays focused on strategy.
Either. Creative Director is optional, not bundled into our core team. If your in-house designer is good, we partner with them — brief into their process, review output, integrate with PPC testing. If you need creative ownership, we have the role. We don't make you pay for what you already have.
No. We cap our client roster at 4 brands at a time but don't promise category exclusivity. Exclusivity would require charging 3–5× to make the unit economics work, and most clients prefer access to our team over blocking competitors from it. If exclusivity is non-negotiable, we're probably not the right fit — and we'll tell you that on the Diagnostic.
Annual contracts protect agencies that aren't performing. Month-to-month means we earn the work every month or lose it. It keeps the team sharp and the client honest. The first 90 days require a commit (kickoff costs are real); after that, month-to-month.
